Regional Drug Epidemiology Network

The intent of a Drug Epidemiology Network (DEN) is to assess the scope and nature of a public health problem such as the polydrug epidemic. This group has worked to guide community stakeholders to gain a more comprehensive understanding of local consumption patterns, consequences, risk and protective factors, and contributing conditions. By serving as a sentinel for detecting emerging drug threats, this group will provide meaningful information to be used in the development of additional policies, practices, strategies, and
programs.
